This has to be the most amazing soups I've ever made. Once you get past the chopping it's really easy. I used fresh precut butternut squash to cut down on some of the prep work. Ideas to serve it with pumpkin tortellini or butternut squash ravioli. A dinner roll and savory salad would be nice as well!
