I've been really wanting to make quinoa but have not had the time to invest in it. Fast-forward spring break 2011. I have to say it was interesting. I think if I tweaked the recipe a bit it could interest my palate a little better. Sweet it was not, but interesting texture. I had a bowl for breakfast w/ all fixings and I was not hungry again til lunch. Recipe found at 101 Cookbooks. Ps on a side note - in honor of the royal wedding next week and the royal wedding party I am throwing next Friday; the blog will be sporting a British theme after the Easter holidays. I mean come on. How many times do you get to celebrate a royal wedding?
