This is a weekend staple in our home. And since we feel no one serves pizza better than NYC, we just make our own. Currently we are using a bread crust found in the frozen food section of Wegmans. I haven't ventured out to my own rising dough skills yet. Dom Pepino's in the best sauce around IMO. Found in most of your well known grocery stores. We like to use fresh mozzarella cheese and during the summer months fresh basil from our herb garden. Pair with a green leaf salad or cut up veggies. Directions: Prepare dough via defrost in your refrigerator or kitchen counter. Make sure you use flour when rolling. Preheat the oven with a pizza stone. Bake crust for 10min. Add toppings and bake an additional 10min.
