Spring is in the air!
Perfect Pesto every time. 2 c Basil leaves 3/4 c grated parmesan 1/4 c Pine nuts 4 garlic cloves 1/2 c olive oil
Puree basil, cheese, nuts & garlic. Add oil & blend until smooth. Pour over angel hair or thin pasta. For leftovers, I let pesto come to room temperature and mix with hot pasta. You can adjust the measurements above to taste.
