Inspired by the large amt of tomatoes that we grew and were running out things to make I used Ina Garten's Back to Basics recipe for creamy tomato soup. It was a hit for everyone! It did take me a bit longer this first time. I also scooped out the seeds and put it through the food processor rather than the food mill since I had a little one tugging on my skirt the latter part. It's very zesty so I think I would reduce the amt of red onion the next time; and yes, there will be a next time!
