We are always looking for ways to change our breakfast up and avoid the packaged cereal via post, general mills etc . . . I've been wanting to try this quickie morning parfait from Williams Sonoma for a while now: Granola & Ricotta Cream Parfait. I used seasonal fruit (blackberries) and used 1/4 of the ingredients to make a single serving. Alas the granola was not homemade but came from a non GMO brand: Love Crunch Granola. Which btw is our favorite granola as of late!
