3-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 1 green apple, cored, slice (skin optional) 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or cider
Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with cranberries and apples. Mix brown sugar and apple juice and pour over chicken and fruit. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
