Recipe compliments of Lori: 1 pkg plain devils food cake 1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix 4 lg eggs 1 c sr cream 1/2 c warm water 1/2 c oil ie canola 1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
** lightly mist all sides of bundt pan and dust with flour. Mix all ingredients adding chocolate chips last (batter will be thick). Put in pan. Bake for 45min in a preheated oven (5min+ in my oven) and let cool for at least 20min. Run a knife along edges and invert onto serving dish or rack. Good for 1 week or in freezer with foil for 6mos.
*** I dusted mine with confectioners sugar but a nice glaze would be nice too! It actually doesn't need anything - perfect as is :)
