20110924-015719.jpg Ingredients: 1/2 cup flour 1 cup uncooked rolled oats 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup melted butter 5 large apples (I used honeycrisp) - enough to cover the bottom

**Start heating oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt; add butter, mix well. In pie plate or small glass pan, arrange apples; over all sprinkle oats mix. Bake 25-30 min or until done. Serve warm with ice cream.
